“Rudy was helpful, kind, friendly, and very accommodating when I called to find out if there were any available rentals. Once I got the price details, I decided to go in person to look at the rental units available. Rudy was transparent with all the details I needed to know before making my decision. He shared the idiosyncrasies of shutting the roll doors and or the auto gate. I was also made aware of all the things I could do online if I created an account on the app. The ways to make payments were made clear and it was easy. Rudy also elaborated on how there are no prorated adjustments for rentals. It's recommended that you just move out before your new month's charges because you'll still have to pay a full month. The property is well-marked and there isn't a person on site 24/7. But you have up until 10 pm to enter the grounds to access your storage unit. Then you can't go back in until morning and I like that very much. I feel like the rental grounds appear adequate. It isn't new, it's a bit worn but everything functions as you'd need it to. The organization of the letter / numbered units was visible and easy to read. I had no trouble finding where to go. They offer a multitude of drive-up units of all sizes and it's very convenient. The units are cooled by a swamp cooler. I think this place runs a bit cheaper than most other places that are new or that are just not as old. It'll serve the purpose I need and it's month to month as well. I recommend this place if it's close to home, and you don't mind an older facility. It works just the same as other places and you get a bit of a price break depending on where you go this seems overall cheaper and if you're military you get an additional 10% discount.
